It is SJR’s mission to be leaders in empowering and securing opportunities for the once disadvantaged women and communities. The policy of this company is to uphold and abide by the South African laws while enhancing careers. It is our mission to provide world-class services and satisfy our contractors.
It is also our mission to give the corporate world that was formally and still dominated by male species a different view about women leadership. It is our aim to provide the best cleaning & auxiliary services to all clients, provide a pleasant atmosphere, improve social working environment.

Company Background
SJR has been established and registered in 1996. It is 100% black owned by one woman, South African Citizen. The company is BEE compliant, based and established in Johannesburg.
The establishment of SJR as a company was inspired by the available opportunities allowing women to participate in the development and reconstruction of our country.

Julia Moeng: Managing Director
Marketing diploma, BA degree, Teachers diploma,
Julia experience spans from STD bank LTD S.A as research and developer officer in international department for 15 years and she moved to work for Nedbank for 2 years as business consultant, Worked for J.E Real Estate Managing Director in Housing Department.
She started SJR SECURITY, CLEANING SERVICES in 1996, She worked with STD bank joy of jazz since 2000 to date as one of the biggest client in events management and VIP protection. SJR SECURITY, CLEANING SERVICES is providing T musicman with event security and cleaning after events.

Peter Rakhavha: Operational manager
Peter holds a Business Management Diploma (Unisa) Beneficial Security Training (Grade A) Personal Money Management (African Bank).
Peter’s experience spans from involvement in Major events such as being an Operational Manager for SJR Security Services, head of controls at Mobforce Security Services.

Lofentse Moeng: Finance/ HR Manager
Lofentse holds a BCompt degree from UNISA.
Her career started at Nedbank where she held various positions.
She joined SJR Security in 2008 where she immediately occupied the human resource and finance department. She has done a sterling job and she is still loyal to the company.
Her role includes assisting with various marketing strategies and ensuring effective communications amongst staff members. Liaising with customers and potential customers as well as Training administration. She is an all rounder.
